What we collect

Inquiry details: your name, email, delivery country, budget, deadline and the brief you write to us.
Order details: items, quotes, payment status, delivery address and telephone number where a carrier requires it.
Technical logs: IP-based rate-limiting counters used to prevent abuse. These expire automatically.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for card numbers on this site, we do not require an account, and we do not collect identity documents, photographs of your home, or precise location data.

Why we use it

Only to answer your inquiry, prepare and fulfil an order, arrange delivery, handle aftercare and meet legal or tax obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use your brief to train public AI models.

Who sees it

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Inquiry records may be stored in Cloudflare KV. Carriers and customs authorities receive the delivery details they require. Payment providers receive the information needed to process your payment. We do not share your brief with other customers.

Retention

General inquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Order records are kept as required for accounting, tax and consumer-law purposes. Rate-limiting counters expire within hours. You may ask us to delete your inquiry earlier where the law allows.

Your choices

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@yourchinaconcierge.com. We answer within 30 days.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
